Benicio Del Toro In Talks for Episode VIII

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Benicio Del Toro (Guardians of the Galaxy) confirmed that he is in discussion for a role in Star Wars: Episode VIII, "I can’t tell you much about it but I think that it might happen. It looks like it’s gonna happen so I’m very excited. I can’t talk too much about it. The script is hard to get. They told me they’d cut my finger if I talk about it." The currently untitled film is to be directed by Rian Johnson (Looper) for a May 2017 release.
